How does your program work?
Our primary mission is the preservation, restoration and development of housing for low, very low and moderate income families. If you are interested in applying for housing in one of our projects you may call either 323.913.2905 or 323.231.1104 for one of our property management companies.

How is a LBAHC development different from a "for-profit" project?
We are a "public benefit corporation" operating under the direction of a volunteer board of directors. We are not interested in selling any of our properties, as we mean for them to stay great places for a family to live.
